One of my favorite lines by Joseph Campbell.
I believe that discovering who we truly are, beneath the conditioning, roles and expectations, is the real work we're here to do.
What does that have to do with leadership? — Everything!
Leadership begins with the self. To lead well, you have to examine what drives things beneath the surface and where your potential lies. You need to be in right relationship with yourself - with your body, story and history, values and environment.
Otherwise, what you build will always be at odds with who you are.
Why are we here?
What happens when we die?
Is there a God?
I still remember the moment when I realized our mortality.
I was four or five when I asked my grandmother about death.
That moment was the beginning of a lifelong curiosity - one that led me to study philosophy and psychology, and to explore both Eastern and Western wisdom traditions as maps for understanding the human experience and our potential.
At the age of 20, I moved to the U.S. alone, no roadmap - just $500 and a sense that I was meant to be in a place I could build a life on my own terms.
I bet on myself and trusted my ability to make things happen. I knew I wasn't interested in corporate and wanted a path where my intellectual and spiritual curiosity could meet my entrepreneurial nature. I discovered coaching in 2016 and started my practice in New York City.
I saw that startups moved differently. There was more drive, more chaos, more creative energy and also more existential pressure.
I started working with founders and leaders because I understood them.
I shared their drive. I also knew that drive alone wasn’t enough to meet the complexity of being a leader or to experience the deeper impact, purpose, and aliveness available.
How I got into this work?
I've always lived at the intersection of business and consciousness - merging the practical with the intuitive
So that you can live fully in the world without losing yourself to it.
To bridge the seeming polarities.
To be successful and self-aware.
Ambitious and grounded.
Decisive and reflective.
Strategic and intuitive.
A leader and a whole human being.
An Integrative Approach:
The world needs more integrated leaders.
I believe
People who are not only competent, but connected.
People who can hold tension without collapsing.
People who can create without leaving themselves behind.
I work with founders, VCs, and executives — the people who are actively shaping culture, products, economies. And I help them lead from a place that’s rooted, whole, and alive.
When you're in the pressure cooker of growth — navigating high-stakes decisions, relational complexity, and internal patterns that no longer serve you — having a space to come back to yourself is not a luxury. It’s a necessity.
That’s what this work is. A space to come back. And from there, lead forward.
I combine different modalities to guide you. We don't fix or optimize, rather explore what's present and how you connect to your resources.
In this model, we might move between breathwork and business strategy. Nervous system regulation and board dynamics. Early childhood patterning and co-founder conflict.
What matters most is the curiosity and openness you approach the unfolding of your own life.
Life as an Unfolding
Transformation isn’t linear — it spirals, deepens, reveals. It comes in its own time...
not on our schedule.
Introspective, intimate, mystical.
Here, I follow the natural process of revealing what's already within. A journey back to my core, honoring the interconnectedness of experiences, where lessons are revealed when ready, and growth is non-linear.
